Asean Empty Show

Asean is having its annual meeting again, this time in Singapore.

BBC reported that Asean expressed "deep disappointment" at the detention of opposition leader Aung San Suu Kyi.

Meanwhile, Burma's Foreign Minister Nyan Win hinted on the fringes of the meeting that Aung San Suu Kyi could be freed in six months' time.

Why six months?

What about free and transparent elections??
