Water, the elixir of life. Can anyone manufacture water? Can anyone produce water? How come we have to pay for water? If they have not blocked the rivers and dammed the flow, then we will have free water from the free-flowing streams and rivers!! News that they are going to increase water rates so that you and I will not waste water. Put it the other way; because you and I always waste water, we must now be punished to pay more for being uncivilized, that is not being civil. Let's boycott them, don't drink water for a week, and they will come begging us for forgiveness! I mean don't drink tap water. We can always rely on nature...rain. Or can we?
